We offer a disabled taxi service at EcoCabs which is operated by our well trained, experienced staff. We offer cars with spacious boots for those who wish to transfer or we can accommodate wheelchairs with our wheelchair accessible taxis.
Based in Hexham, we offer transport to Haltwhistle, Carlisle, Corbridge, Haydon Bridge, Riding Mill, Wylam, Newcastle and further afield.
We have 2 wheelchair accessible taxis available; one has an accessible ramp and has enough room for one wheelchair and four other passengers. Our second wheelchair taxi is a people carrier and can accommodate two wheelchairs and eight passengers and has a wheelchair lift fitted. We have members of staff who are trained to use these vehicles to help assist you on your journey.
Our accessible taxis make it easier to explore Northumberland and further by providing stress free transport. We provide airport transfers, hotel transfers or just a trip to the local shops. Our wheelchair taxis still leave plenty of room for luggage or shopping.
