Day One: 11.4 miles to Heddon on the Wall

This is the first day of your walk where you leave Wallsend car park and begin with many places of interest to look at.

Day Two: 14.4 miles to Chollerford

The fort and museum hold a lot of history and isn’t one to be missed.

Day Three: 11 miles to Once Brewed

There is plenty to see on this walk with the famous Vindolanda on route.

Visit the Roman army Museum for an insight in to their weapons/army.

Day Five: 5 miles to Banks

Lots of open green countryside but no main points of interest until you enter Carlisle.
