Our head office is in the centre of Hexham – a historic market town in Northumberland – right next to our workshop and yard.

The Hexham office is the central hub of our operations, as well as being home to all our desk-based staff.

Everything we do starts here.  We have a built a great set-up and team, so that we can deliver really good service to our customers.

The operations team occupy the main part of our Hexham head office.  They use the latest specialist computer systems to help us with the day to day running of our fleet. 

As well as multiple screens for each of our controllers, we have a large, central wall-mounted screen showing the real time locations and status of every vehicle.  This ensures everyone in the office can stay in touch with the ‘sharp end’ of the business all the time.

From Head Office, we also manage the following aspects of the business:

  • Company strategy and development planning and implementation
  • Human resources and training
  • Invoicing, Purchasing and Management Accounting


In keeping with our core business principle of operating in an environmentally responsible way, we manage the Hexham office using this method too. We operate paperless systems for quotations, booking and dispatch, for invoicing, and for internal management. 

We heat the building using timber from a local, renewable source and all lighting is low energy LED throughout.  Our office supplies are sourced locally, selected for minimum impact and packaging, and use refillable containers.
